What to load into the new arrival?
I’ve just got an Olympus OM-2n, it is nice. I’m wanting to try out black and white films. I have Fuji Neopan, Kodak Tri-x and two Ilfords: HP5+ and XP2. I might go with the XP2 first.
My First Medium Format
I got my first roll of 120 film back. It had been through my early-fifties model Rolleiflex TLR which seems to be fully functional (thanks Mike!).
This is a photo of the film using a monitor as a lightbox. I’ll be investing in a scanner soon.
I’m not sure what happened to the first photo on the strip, that’s the beginning of the film in the middle of that photo. Did I load the camera wrong?
Library - Architectural Photography Workshop
A couple of weekends ago I took part in clickclickjim’s inaugural architectural photography workshop. It was an excellent learning experience despite the extreme rain. I’m seeing single point perspective all over the place now.
Skiffmas Timelapse
1720 photos taken between 19:30 and 01:30 of the Skiffmas party at The Skiff. One second exposures separated by 9 seconds taken with a Canon Powershot S2 running CHDK, made into a movie at 20 FPS with ffmpeg.
Any suggestions for a soundtrack? (Not Yakety Sax)
