Taylor St Baristas
Next on my list of places I visited regularly on my work days in Brighton is Taylor St Baristas. This is a very nice proper coffee shop run by Australian people who are deeply into coffee. They frequently made me feel ashamed of my inadequately trained palate by offering me tastes of the fancy guest coffees and all I’d be able to say is "yep, that’s nice". I have had some very nice coffee there, I just wish I could say why.
I found it when my former work moved into the office above the branch of Travelbag that Taylor St was co-habiting with. They then moved a couple of minutes walk up the road which was very inconvenient of them. It sort of breaks the rules of this project in that I’m trying to stick to places unique to Brighton and Taylor St has several shops in London, but it’s so good and I visited two or three times a week so I had to include it.
