Gap, To Christmas Steps
I’m about to run the gauntlet of that road, then down the steps beyond the arch. The office is near the spire of St Mary Redcliffe in the distance. Need to fix the light leak in the OM-2.

It probably looked much the same. I see this most mornings on the way to work.

Heron Tower
I had a bit of a wander in the City, photographing buildings. Took me a while to figure out what building this is, too new for street view.

San Francisco Timelapse

Posted by barnoid Fri, 30 Jul 2010 22:08:03 GMT

Six hours and 14 minutes of the view from our room in the Marriot on Fourth Street. 702 photos taken with a Canon PowerShot S2 IS running CHDK, batch processed with Imagemagick then movied with mencoder. Featuring a moonset followed by dawn resulting in a fade to white. The fade is unintentional, it’s due to me accidentally leaving the camera in shutter priority mode, oops.

Bay Bridge Planet

Budapest Panorama 1
Back from Budapest. This is the first of several panoramas I took. Stitched with Hugin from six photos and I left all the settings to the software. It did it all for me. Quite impressive. This is the view from Fisherman’s Bastion on Castle Hill.
